Flat pricing vs per-technician pricing.

The biggest difference between JobField and most field-service platforms isn't a feature — it's the bill. Here's the honest shape of it, based on publicly available information and general industry practices. Terms vary by vendor, so verify current details directly with each one.

JobField.
Typical platform
Pricing model
Flat, published tiers you can read before you talk to anyone.

Onboarding or implementation fees are commonly reported on enterprise platforms.

Pricing questions.

How much does JobField cost?

JobField uses flat, published pricing: Starter $49/mo, Pro $149/mo, Platform $299/mo, and a custom Enterprise plan. You also bring your own keys for Twilio, Stripe, and AI and pay those providers directly at their rates, with no JobField markup.

Is JobField priced per technician?

No. JobField is priced in flat tiers, not per technician. Starter is for solo operators, Pro covers up to 5 users, and Platform is unlimited users. Many field-service platforms are quoted per technician or per seat, so your bill grows every time you hire — with JobField the tier price stays the same.

Are there setup, onboarding, or implementation fees?

No. JobField is designed for fast self-serve setup — most shops are live in a day. There is no separate implementation fee. Some field-service platforms are widely reported to charge a one-time onboarding or implementation fee on top of the subscription; always verify current terms with each vendor.

What does “bring your own keys” mean for my bill?

You connect your own Twilio (texting/calling), Stripe (payments), and AI provider accounts. Those vendors bill you directly at their published rates and JobField does not add a markup on messaging, payments, or AI usage — so the number you see is close to the number you pay.

Is there a free trial or a long-term contract?

Pro includes a 14-day trial, and plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime and your data stays yours. JobField is currently pre-launch, so the first step is to join early access and lock in founder pricing.
